Painting a Unalome

WELCOME!

I am so glad you have found your way to Awakening Creativity! I invite you to enjoy this simple painting-made-easy practice to get a taste of what you can expect to experience through these teachings.

This style of painting is not about creating an end product. It is, however, all about the process. It is about what comes up for you when you are at the canvas. What messages are you giving yourself? Are you experiencing fun and play or has your inner critic taken over discounting your ability to be creative? If the later is true, then...

It is time to transform those thought patterns!

Here are some supply suggestions:

  • 24 x 18 canvas OR go to a thrift store and purchase an inexpensive painting and cover it with white acrylic paint
  • NOTE: alternate to canvas is a paint journal
  • Acrylic paints: cerulean blue, magenta, aqua, cobalt blue, white & black
  • Acrylic paint brushes, variety of sizes

I am excited that you have chosen to join me on this journey of rediscovering that YOU are the ARTIST of YOUR life!
