Nature-Inspired Yoga Painting Journey (stand alone course)
In this course, I share my journey of healing from the inside out, integrating my creativity practices with my established yoga, aromatherapy and meditation practices. This journey hasn't been easy and old patterns continue to creep in, however, through the concepts I am sharing throughout this Nature-Inspired Yoga Painting Journey, I am able to RISE ABOVE quickly and embody desired peace and contentment.

This stand-alone course is meant to supplement the Rise Above: A Transformational Painting Challenge. It is for anyone who has already taken said course.
In this course, I share the 8 limbs of Yoga, 8 different essential oils, and the "8 C's" --courage, connectedness, curiosity, clarity, calm, compassion, creativity, and confidence--as they pertain to self-reclamation. Together with the 8 principles of design.
